Olive oil should not be on the good list. People heat and cook with it, read all the recipes out there god's sake. Food & drink ingrained in culture/mainstream is setup to serve the medical-pharma industrial complex

Low smoke point. Also most olive oils on the market are either rancid or have other seed oils mixed in.

Find a good brand (California Olive is one) and use it as a finishing oil or dressing.
