OTC desks are basically out of Bitcoin 👀
How does this work.. they buy a ton of bitcoin hoping that someone will buy it from them later?

It's basically just a private order book afaik. So sellers and buyers go to the desk to buy/sell. I guess this means there are nearly no sellers
I guess I was assuming this was on-chain data, but yeah it could simply be offer volume… and up to them how exactly they back the offer
