I don't use a website. I use software called Handbrake, but I'm guessing you could use something like this

I'll start using this before I upload them from now on unless I get my videos from elsewhere

I screen record videos and edit them before uploading.. Not sure if you have that capability, but it might be easier than changing the format. 🤷🏼‍♀️
