I'm keeping pretty much everyone who posts anything worthwhile.

If I've never seen them before, they're gone. If all they do is post about tech, they're gone. If it's no original, they're gone. If they haven't posted since July or earlier, they're gone. If they're overtly degenerate, they're gone.

That's really my only criteria.
