Lee Sun-kyun, 48, South Korean actor and star of the movie, Parasite, was found dead in his car after leaving a suicide note for his family. He’d recently been questioned by police about using #cannabis, a serious crime in SK. It’s even illegal for SK citizens to smoke weed in other countries: yet it has no jurisdiction! I do not condone their drug policy. But every country's laws generally apply to its citizens wherever they are.
