I'm somewhat sleepy. More importantly, I need to stop doing late nights.

Back to drawing up a daily schedule and do my best following it.

I feel my year and 3 months healing journey has officially reached the conclusion of its first phase. Now the triggers are within a different frame and I don't quite know how to deal with them.

I think praying for God's help, communicating about them and more reading on the thinking patterns probably would help fix these PTSD symptoms. These are what I'll try.

I noticed there's probably some self-sabotage going on as well. I need to take some time journaling, pondering and figuring it all out.

But I'll still say this: it's not gonna be an easy journey but I'm hopeful for the ultimate outcome to be a healed me.
