What’s the difference between an unchained IRA and a simple Fidelity IRA where I can get the bitcoin ETFs?

I control the keys to the bitcoin with unchained.
Both good and bad.
Swan bitcoin doesn’t allow for this unless you have a checkbook IRA, this is kind of a legal grey area
