It's functionally the same as simply posting "pura vida".

It's a shibboleth, though from an alternate culture to yours.

Equally vapid, but at least "nigger" serves as a nice litmus test as to whether you should be allowed an internet connection.

I personally find "faggot" to be a nice, intermediate epithet for testing whether someone is, in fact, too vapid to be online.
