you can sell stablecoins at some money changers.

some places take #bitcoin for rent as well. Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Koh phangam (maybe koh samui too)

Do you have to kyc to change the stables?

I've only used #bitcoin to pay at BOB Space. But there are some places that accept it. Hodl Hodl is working fine to buy and sell.
