I would rather not see the junk content from other platforms in my feed, as it would be hard to filter out, currently.

I prefer the junk in my current feed. LOL

If you read global than junk will grow as nostr grows anyways. If it is the people you follow, it is just your choice, if it is just some algorithm (primal?) then choose wisely. 😉
