Out of this list I'd go with the 4runner. But be prepared for some "adventures". A $2,500 ride 20 years ago could make the trip and you might have to make a 100-300 repair along the way.
I have zero clue what kind of deal these streets are offering these days for $2500. But sounds like there are deals to be found. So spend some time shopping around.
100%, would expect issues but it can be done and would be fun to give an old 4runner a good final ride 😀
