Would be nice if users without lightning wallets could be notified of such.

I try to zap someone, it tells me they don't have zapping, then I have to DM them to get them on board.

might be nice if it was more like "This user doesn't have a Lightning wallet set up. Would you like to send them a reminder?" [yes/no]

then they get a pop-up (probably not DM) that says "Someone tried to give you hard money for your wit and charm. Would you like to set up a wallet?"
