Replying to Dow

With respect, I’d take some time to talk to people who’ve had success using SSRI’s instead of just assuming it’s lazy, crazy people not taking steps to take care of themselves. They helped me greatly with PTSD when cognitive behavioral therapy, nature getaways, etc. couldn’t make a dent.

I never made any assumptions or accusations, nor meant any harm by it. Just a hypothesis posted on the internet from someone definitely not qualified to do so... with the sole intention of making people feel good. Glad you got the help you needed.

Certainly, I don’t think you had negative intentions or anything and apologize if it seemed like I jumped the gun a bit. I just see similar stuff often, so hopefully someone else might see the comment one day as well if they need help and are afraid to try it and whatnot. Much respect ✊
