I'd like to see content warnimgs implemented, but I feel like the problem of spammers and the abilitiy to hide posts in languages I can't read are both higher priority.

Blocking every user in basically all countries except the US and England is not a realistic solution.

And blocking spammers isn't effective when they spin up a new npub about once an hour. This completly ruins the ability to enjoy following the #privacy hashtag, and that is just one example.
