What Is Stronger Than Fentanyl?

Fentanyl is already one of the strongest opioids, but there are a few drugs even more potent:

1. Carfentanil – About 100 times stronger than fentanyl and 10,000 times stronger than morphine. Used as a tranquilizer for large animals like elephants. Extremely dangerous for humans.

2. Sufentanil – About 5-10 times stronger than fentanyl. Used in hospitals for extreme pain (e.g., during major surgeries).

3. Remifentanil – Similar potency to fentanyl but acts very fast and wears off quickly, used in surgical settings.

These drugs are rarely used outside of specific medical procedures because of their extreme potency and overdose risk.

Problem is.. getting this stuff is easier than getting non KYC bitcoin.. even from where I am from..

Once normal opioids wear off people start this..

I had fentanyl in hospital under medical supervision from a spinal fusion and it’s the most powerful stuff I’ve ever experienced..

It’s a huge dilemma in South Africa and pills are the devil because it’s so easy to pop a pill rather than drink alcohol or whatever..

Very true. Pharmacies you have to go through many hoops but obviously it’s the safest course of action + legal.

Best to be under the supervision of a doctor or pharmacist for any drug. Same with herbal formulas.

In theory this is the way BUT getting around this if you have half a brain and know what to say and how to respond to certain situations you can get anything..

Drs where I’m from don’t care… 99% of them.. they just write scripts for whatever the patient wants..

Imagine if someone decided to dump a pound of this stuff into the toilet. Would they be able to clean it out or would it contaminate the water supply and kill thousands? Terrifying thought.
