Save this for your afternoon mind break.

1. Sit cross legged on the floor or sit in a chair. Rest your hands in your lap like this with right hand on top of the left

Dhyana mudra

The Dhyana mudra is shared across several eastern meditation disciplines. The Buddha is often pictured doing this gesture. The significance of this mudra is to bring you into deeper, more profound concentration. This gesture can also help bring you tranquility and inner peace.

2. Close your eyes and take three slow breaths to set up your focus. Then on each exhale pucker your lips and whistle out the breath. Don’t worry if you make an actual whistle sound or not . Either way continue to make a long slow drawn out whistle breath with sound or just breath. Do this fir 5-10 min . To finish do a normal inhale and hold fir a count if 10 then exhale and enjoy the rest of your day.

You will be amazed at the way this clears out your thoughts and refreshes your mind.

…and you are welcome ☺️
