Gotcha man. Are the lefties faciliatating the squatting of other peoples property, actively encouraging it?

Both.

But that only works in states that are infected with the idea that there is no private property. That doesn't work in states with strong "castle doctrine" laws.

What does the law say in these circumstances? Is it not clear?

No. Especially since even if there is clear law, it is not enforced in favor of the property owner.

Interesting. I wonder why this weak pathetic legislature came about.

America has strong constitutional protections does it not.

Many from the old country paid dearly for their plot of dirt.

As predicted by many of the penmen of the constitution, it only works with an intelligent, well educated, moral citizenry.

We have very little of that now. 🤷‍♂️

It's not weak. It's strongly statist. That's the problem.

Gotcha, in other words it's deliberately vague then?

American law is a quagmire, I'll admit that I know nothing.

In many cases, yes. Why would they want to have clear laws? That would make it harder for them to be thieving villains.

Thanks for your thoughts friend.

You're welcome. You always posit interesting things to think about. 😁

Even when the law is on their side, the process to remove squatters is crazy in favor of them not the property owner.

Large homeless populations mean that properties are prone to be targeted and high living costs are all contributing to a worsening issue.

I would place blame at the feet of the legislature and law enforcement.

It's either private property, or it's not.

One has to ask the question, why the legislature and law enforcement would circumvent their own laws (perhaps they haven't, I'm just projecting my stream of conciousness) to cosy up to neo-marxist bums.

Who is their allegience to?

Of course, all of this is exaccerbated by an increasingly irate youth that, out of a sense of economic hopelessness caused by fiat inflation theft, turn to radical Marxism, and end up supporting the abuse of private property, out of sheer ignorance, but with the righteous fervor of a winged huzzar.

The legislature is beholden to their donors. Law enforcement is simply an extortion racket.

Problem is snake eating its tail 🐍.

This is worthy of an inquiry.

But also, I wouldn’t want to live somewhere that a property owner could call the cops and eject me based on their words….

No kind of life, for sure.

People need certain assurances to be productive people.
