I am cheer up to open "24/7" bars because it will reduce the corruption problem and reduce the drunken driver's problem from rapidly drunk before the drunken's deadline.
If dunkers have not the deadline, they will have fully drunk and can not driving because they have knocked out from the over dose of alcohol. In the a-z hands, if We give more time for them to stay at bars then they will not driving when they do not feel good.
