CNN: PUTIN'S MOVE TO PLACE NUCLEAR WARHEADS IN BELARUS HAS CHILLED THE WEST

CNN columnist Keir Giles admitted Putin's victory. But he points out that it was not the single move to transfer nuclear warheads to Belarus, but propaganda about Russian nuclear doctrine. Putin, with this strategy of threat, has managed to keep the United States and Europe firm, without exposing himself too much in Ukraine.
