Insane that people still chain themselves to overpriced houses with 30-year mortgages at 4%+ interest instead of stacking wildly undervalued #Bitcoin, and renting a sweet place wherever they want.
Fear. We are herd animals and almost no one does this (at least is public about it that they know).
