Police chase criminal with tiny bike in Bradford (UK).

I always think Clown World can't surprise me anymore but it does it again.

Against the criminals they bring out the most useless cops on the planet, against a normal citizen who pays his taxes they religuiously bring out Rambo (as in covid).
