Maybe a way someone could add their own links in the menu? Maybe to their Nostr shop, ZapStream page, etc?

Oh you can do that right now! Just create a new navigation item and paste any link there, should work.
I didn't look deep enough lol. Sorry about that. Just found the option to set them.
