Yes!!! My dream is to go to amoeba, love anyone who collects vinyl. It’s a lovely addiction. My dad got me into by taking me to record exchange when I was a kid, now I can’t stop buying records.

That’s awesome. What’s your most prized vinyl?

I would also love to know this

Hmm super tough but I was proud to have collected originals of Led Zeppelin I-IV + Houses of the Holy and Physical Graffiti before I was 16.

That’s so cool, how’d you get the originals of Zeppelin? Seems like a lot of hard work!! I applaud you sir

I guess the year 2000 was just the bottom of the bear market for vinyls and there were a lot of ex-hippies in SF? Each one of them was always $5 or less.

I’d go once a month with $20 (all the money I had at the time lol) and come home with at least 5 records.

I’m so insanely jealous you got to shop in those times. I was born in 2000 so not a lot of time there lol.

It’s incredible how cheap vinyl was back then, everyone wanted cds. What a dream!! Why was I born so late.

Miles, as an SF guy, are you a deadhead?
