The more i think about an actual solution to this for my family.

The more i think the toxicity is screens and algos. Not seed oils and tap water.

Mainly being addicted looking at screens late at night - which fucks with our brains and sleep much more than we admit. (think npr dudes doom scrolling nyt and texting each other about ukraine at 2 in the morning.)

The main advice to for hormone regulation is better sleep.

- sunlight in the am

- breath thru your nose whenever you can

- no screens before bedtime - and def not if you wake up in the middle of the night.

You could be a right wing nut job if you follow these simple steps.
