In January, I tried out the carnivore diet. It was simple and easy to maintain. I lost roughly 5 kg, felt light and overall good, but lost some strength. Training for a powerlifting meet, this wasn't good.

In February, I decided to go back to my old diet. It's relatively clean with the addition of carbs. Started regain some lost strength, but definitely feeling a bit off.

Debating on going back to carnivore and trying to just increase food intake to keep up.

A lesson that I learned... When training, stick to one diet.
