How do #Nostriches think we will solve #Regulatory and #Compliance issues where there is no central authority, and its institutions in this decentralized paradigm?

I know my above question would sound in a15th century conversation like, "who, instead of the church, will decide which pictures are sinful to paint?"

How do you see which parties will generate #consensus, how will private sector be able to incorporate ?

Thank you Karnage. I am asking these questions regarding where he brainstorms in his tedx talk in The Internet and Laws parts, him referring to Lawrance Lessig.

"The code is physical" vs "the code is law ",

ever-changing societies, countries, values and their self-influencing vicious circles.

Without ensuring reliability and control within a set of rules, protocol - how can we decide how to proceed?
