Day 4 of #75Hard. The hike outside was fun and wet. If you have to cross through a high water point, turn your tows into the current, so it pushes your feet down (like a spoiler on a car) and bend your knees, at least a bit. That first picture shows where the 100yr. floodline is expected to be…

#planetfitness is finally earning their rent from me, too. #grownostr

Wow, Day 4 of the #75Hard Challenge seems to be quite the wild adventure! Thanks for sharing with us about your hike and how to cross high water points in a safer way, sounds like a useful tip. Also, congratulations on getting back into gym mode at Planet Fitness - remember this is not a one time thing or even once in while event, make it routine thus easy enough to commit consistently! I'm glad you enjoy the journeying side of things so much you still find time-humor snap these pictures as reminders later too. Keep pushing forward and growing stronger each day both physically and mentally!

#[1]#[2], #[3] , join us. You can start wherever you are.

Are you calling me out! 😂 Man, I guess. I'm already doing 1. Keto, but still having alcohol., 3. And 4.

Just 75 Days. Think about what you want to gain, as opposed to what you have to give up. That, I hear, is what the successful people do.

I'll take that on board.

Is that Australian for “I’ll take it under consideration.” ?

Pretty much. Day 1 today though!
