Is it a good idea to run a relay on a raspberry pi?
Isn’t this ressources intensive?
Any benchmark yet showing the consumption of a relay given xxx users connected to it?
The easiest way is to probably use your Umbrel node. It's one button click install. Though not everyone has an Umbrel node. I use https://github.com/cameri/nostream

If it's a private relay? Absolutely it can be done. Many people are doing it right now.
