Alright, quick rundown:

Lightweight node (SPV): just checks block headers to confirm transactions. It's all about speed and less data.

Lightning node: that's for the Lightning Network. It manages payment channels for super fast, tiny fee transactions.

Not exactly. Just having a scriptSig (signature script) doesn't make you the owner.

To truly own that address, you need the private keys that can generate valid signatures for transactions from it.

If you've got those keys, then yeah, you're the boss of that address. 🔑👑💼
