Most people don't know the answer to this one simple question.

Can tenants move into your bitcoin and grow black mold under the sink and make the bathroom smell like cat piss?

This is a profoundly underrated question that few seem willing to consider honestly. Carrying costs of analog assets will never compete with bitcoin.
