People have a completely warped sense of democracy, lifetime of brainwashing, from school to TV to the people around you.
Filling your head with lies and nonsense.
Electing leaders to rule over us and make decisions for us on our behalf is not democracy.
It's just a dictatorship with extra steps.
Especially if you're living under a two party regime.
People since the Prussian education system was implemented in the US have been turned into worshippers.
They are happy to worship leaders and relinquish their sovereign individuality to bypass divinity for mediocrity.
