In the virtual realm, code is speech and this is exactly what McLuchan meant when he said - The medium is the message.

What I think in this moment, my thoughts , become visible to you on a screen thanks to some coding, therefore it is part of the communication act, and whether we call it speech, song, painting, it encodes a messages at different levels of abstraction with more or less subjective input. We cannot put regulations on this shit, we just can't. The people above the laws, controlling the masses, want you to be afraid of words, to wip your tongues and thoughts into submission, but speech is not an isolated action, is a process and it is organic, transforming our own intelligence and that of the field. We cannot put restrictions on this shit because we are denying the natural born right of self reflection and evolution.
