One thing from the Atlantis conference is Rahim, Peter, and Ben Arc panel on citadels (paraphrased):

Particularly in Europe I would look to the southern ☀️ places in winter. I’ve had a positive impression of Spain a few times. Not sure the freedoms situation - I am guessing it’s more relaxed than Germany.
