I dealt with this conundrum with my 2 year old who was born post covid. It’s a hard pill to swallow after all that was revealed during the past 5 years.

Our decision. Extend the schedule and only the tried and true most important vaccines (really hard to determine this)

The weirdest one we thought was the Hep-B after he was born. We completely opted out of that one. A vaccine when they are less than a day old is crazy to me.

Even though we gave him a few vaccines in the past two years it still weighs on us.

Another revelation is we have friends who had children the same age and did the full recommended schedule… their two are noticeably autistic and now require special schooling. Can’t help but think it’s because their decision as parents. Although a small sample size there is now a social judgement knowing all that we know now.

Aren't they also vegans or vegetarians though? Autism seems to be caused by carnitine deficiency.

I am currently facing these questions, doing a lot of reading. Which vaccines do you recommend? Also any book recommendations?

We started with the Sears extended schedule. Then we had to find a doctor who allow free choice. Then we went month by month and did our research.

I can’t really recommend anything as it’s a very personal decision but there are the obvious ones, the fringe ones and the no way in hell ones.

Basically running a risk assessment with each.

Thank you for the response 🙏

Could you list out the ones you decided to give them and some of the sources behind that decision?

Might save me some research when we start having kids
