Just remember Strike is custodial. With enough time in this space and motivation the technical hurdles with holding you own coin decrease. Look into pheonix wallet for a good non custodial wallet with decent tradeoffs regarding performance and privacy (NOT for your cold storage).
I have considered that technically it’s the same as WoS in that regard. I keep a very small balance but thank you for that. I’ve heard people talk about phoenix. In due time my literacy will develop
