I think that’s a problem across all social media, far worse in plenty of other places than it is here.

You should have seen how quickly Bluesky went from literal blue skies and cats to infighting and bullying.

Twitter/𝕏 is currently a cesspool, as I’m sure you know, and Reddit isn’t much better.

Maybe human toxicity when behind a keyboard isn’t something that decentralization can fix?

Best you can do is mute it overall.

Decentralization helps protect words you don’t want to hear.

Completely agree, and that’s my strategy. Wish I could mute words on nostr, tbh. I’ve been saying for years that mute is a more powerful tool than block.

A lot will happen.

We’re very early innings here.

There will be twitter like relays with Algos, etc.

Safe for mom, pop, and the 90% of the population that can’t handle the other 10%.
