Its a vicious cycle - costlier health care means everyone must have insurance , and that means insurance cartel may jack up the prices anytime ..as much as they want ..
For those who never used it , #Obamacare is just another insurance market place where poor people are forced to join the basket .. government jumps in to subside the monthly installments for poor but it doesn't do anything to control insurance cost - because it can't .
Their incentives are in making healthcare unaffordable..
