I got it as a tchotchke for attending a conference. Even at the time, it had long been outdated. Trezor Ones and Ledger Nano S's were firmly established as premium devices at the time. I kept it in shrink wrap as a donation piece for the so-far non-existent bitcoin museum.
that device shares a lot with basic smart cards, those contact pads are the same process as normal smart card modules
probably some ST secure uC but I am not sure, may be Infineon as well
