We have detached humanity from those we disagree with. We are made to believe that we have more differences than commonalities and we now cheer the opposing sides loss.
I put the applause in the same column as the politician signing munition. Its appalling.
The signing of bombs is gross and abhorrent especially since those were government press events.
The context here is entertainment and the entertainer wasn’t even seeking applause - so the spontaneous approval of destruction of property is particularly alarming
