I’m about to be 1 full year without nicotine!

The result:

I’ve saved an extra $1500 in Bitcoin by not smoking this year, worked out religiously 4-5 times a week, eating healthier than ever, and have gained 20lbs in muscle mass.

1 year of good choices is all it takes to change your trajectory.

Takes a couple weeks for cravings to subside, but yes.

Did it cold turkey and have never wanted one since.

However, everyone needs to have their own reason to quit; u can't do it for anyone else but urself

when you smoked, did you smell it? When I sit next to them, the smell is really disgusting.
