yeah but that number would also be revoked every 69 minutes due to a reorg

A friend of mine who works at Microsoft told me there's no way to create a truly random number generator. Outputs are based on seed inputs, or something like that. I forgot exactly what he said. How does this one work?

I see... your seed is the btc blockchain. That's very clever. But is this truly random? We can say with some assurance that the outcome is not predictable. But does this fit the definition of random?
