he did put a lot of effort into creating a bigger thing for us all to be a part of, and quietly allowed people to find out what was at the center of it. it's just that words can feel very cold if there's not a voice speaking them, so no matter what's written, the only emotional truths I remember are the ones he can't hide when he talks.
