Happy birthday old balls 🤙🏽. If I have any advice for the next 10, follow a largely carnivore diet, do what strength and conditioning you can fit into your week, limit alcohol and stack sats.
I have found the carnivore lifestyle, almost 19 months now. It's done wonders for my Crohn's disease symptoms. I definitely need to work out more than I do already. No alcohol, it's never really been my thing. I'm just hoping I'm better this next 10 years than I was the previous 10. Cheers bud!
