11. "Spartacus" mass self-accusation

It is easy for govt to crack down on one protester and make an example. It is almost impossible for a western govt. to harshly punish 10.000 people at once.

Standing together in solidarity while breaking unjust laws has proven very powerful.

12. Obstructive cooperation

Cooperate with authorities, but in the most inefficient way possible. This raises the cost of enforcement. If enough people do it, some regulations simply lose their purpose or create bureaucratic lockdown.
