Following the conclusion of the Munich Security Conference, French President Emmanuel Macron has invited all European Union leaders to an emergency meeting tomorrow in Paris.

The goal is to discuss the new geopolitical reality in Europe, particularly in light of the U.S. distancing itself from the continent.
