There seems to be a bug on 'connect bolt card' function of 'bolt card wallet.' It is under discussion with the developers. I encourage people to use 'Bolt card' extension of LNBits (https://lightning.psychoet.nexus) rather than Bolt Card Hub (https://boltcardhub.psychoet.nexus) in the meanwhile.

As far as I tested, there is no issue on connecting "NEW" bolt card with Bolt card hub using Bolt card wallet app. Problem might happen when you try to use the wiped card using LNBits, and connect it to Bolt Card Hub.
