Had salad with cider marinated chicken, pecans, dried cranberries, and brie for dinner and was not disappointed, sometimes my body wants green leafy things and I listen. Very satisfied.

It was a thing I noticed when we started making better choices, I listened to what my body wanted...greens, crunchy veggies, dairy, fruit, red meat, fish, whatever and I'd feel full and satisfied and managed to lose a ton of weight and be in a better mood in a short period of time. It's almost like you thrive when you take a moment to look inside and listen 🤔...nah moar meat!!!!

😂 moderation. I ate ice cream and was healthier than I'd ever been, a pint would be in the freezer for 2 weeks instead of 2 hours. See what a serving is and have that or less. Denial now leads to gorging later. Enjoy your treat 🫂
