What is the solution for NIP-07 and WebLN on mobile? Just store the private key instead? Doesn't seem like a good idea.

For android you can use alby with firefox

You can download spring.site

You can use Amber to manage your keys but the only web client that implemented it for now is nostrudel

On Android there is Fennec (firefox varient) and Kiwi(chrome varient) that work with the nip-07 extentions.

on iOS Nostore extention works with safari.

If you mean mobile apps, Android has Amber https://github.com/greenart7c3/amber

I don't think there is anything similar for iOS.
