I used sunscreen and sunglasses religously for decades. Then this crackpot dermatologist said Im wearing the "wrong" sunscreen. I needed 150 SPF. And sunglasses "dont work" and Ill get eye cancer anyway. So, I use natural sunscreen and stopped wearing sunglasses.
There’s no such thing as natural sunscreen brother. Let it roll and build up your melanin. Melanin is the natural sunscreen.
