GM to all who celebrate 🎉.

Life Hack: feeling miserable? Can’t shake a case of being down? Some people recommend finding even small joys or treats. But that’s not enough to make things better - so what to do?

Do all the tasks that make you miserable: I’m sad - I might as well do laundry. I can’t seem to smile - time to pick up dog poop in the yard. Lean into the misery.

Often times you’ll wake up feeling better, and can add the feeling of accomplishment on top of that.

Spend your happy times enjoying life’s pleasures. Spend your sad times accomplishing tasks that boost you in your happy days.

Find ways to snap into happy.

Be thankful, breathe, excercise.. something(s) that might help you snap out of a situation.

Chores might help some people.

💯 this solution is for when snapping out of it just doesn’t work. And is absolutely not a long term solution. 🧘‍♀️
